Step 1: 表达观点

  • 5s, 最多不超过10s内完成;
  • e.g.
    • I agree. All children has to learn a second language.
    • I think prepare food yourself is better
  • 简单直接清晰地陈述观点即可

Step 2: 说原因

1-reason:
* 1-2句话说明原因, e.g.
* I think ...(step1), because language is a very useful tool that can help children when they grow up.
* 可以继续展开: So if children learn a second language at the young age when they grow up, it will be easier for them to master the language more easily and use them properly.
* 解释: 20-30s, 建议讲小故事, 举例子, 并且有细节

2-reason:
* 原因Ⅰ (5s)
* 解释原因 (15s)
* 原因II (5s)
* 解释原因 (15s)

Step 3: 结论句

可有可无, 取决于剩余时间。

答法

如何读阅读

  • 注意看+记title
  • 背景信息略读 (比如: currently, traditionally开启的句子)
  • 第二句重点读 (比如: however, I think...)
  • 利用信号词找到两个原因并记关键词 (比如: first, additionally, also, another)

如何听听力

  • 从前3句话中判断出main speaker是男是女, 并判断同意或反对, 笔记记法 (M✅ W✅ / M❌ W❌)
  • 注意听关键词去和阅读部分的两个进行对应
  • 每个原因都会是[主题+细节支撑], 主题一定要记下来, 细节支撑尽力就好, 记不全也没关系

答题结构+语料

  • 概括阅读: 15s
    • 如果是学校通知:
      • According to passage, the university plans to [干嘛] because [reason 1] and [reason 2].
    • 如果是学生建议:
      • A student proposes that the university should [干嘛] because [reason 1] and [reason 2].
  • 表达观点: 5s
    • M✅ The man agrees with the idea.
    • W✅ The woman agrees with the idea.
    • M❌ The man disagrees with the idea.
    • W❌ The woman disagrees with the idea.
  • 解释原因: 每个原因分别20s
    • Firstly, (s)he thinks that...
    • Secondly, (s)he believes...

Task 3

如何读阅读

  1. 在文中定位关键词 (即为title/concept本身)
  2. 读关键词前一句和后一句, 确定哪句是更合适的定义句 (比如: This is know as CULTURAL LAG. 那明显这句话前面的话是定义句)
  3. 把定义句记下来 (注意简写, 别每个词儿都完整拼出来)

如何听听力

  1. 在听力开始之前, 先好好回想+理解一下这个concept的定义 (再读一遍自己刚才记的笔记), 听听力全程要谨记: 这是concept的例子!
  2. 一句话记1-2个词
  3. 与上一句重复的信息不要记 (如果是上一句的细节展开可以适当少记)
  4. 时间节点出现变化时, 务必要记下来, 这样一会儿答题时方便你用transitional phrases讲故事
    ❗听听力的全程都要想: 这个例子如何support/demonstrate这个concept?

30s准备时间

  1. 把concept definition顺一遍, 确保一会儿答题时第一句话不嘴瓢、不卡顿
  2. 把例子中最最关键的信息 (也就是故事中和concept definition最密切相关的部分) 圈出来
  3. 删掉笔记里一切与concept definition没有直接关系的细节
  4. 设计一下结尾句 (例子里的某些点就是concept)

答题

  • 第一句话: The reading passage introduces the concept of _ (这里念一遍concept的名字), which means _ (这里把你刚刚阅读部分记的concept definition念一遍).
  • 第二句话: In the lecture, the professor illustrated the concept with an example of _ (这里说例子是关于啥的, 比如: frogs/telephone/himself/his daughter/a car company)
    • For instance/example,
  • 然后直接开始讲故事。我的习惯是用When___, 开始的一句话来开启整个例子。
  • 最后还剩时间可以说: This example perfectly demonstrated the idea of _ (再念一遍concept的名字).
